The Pan-African Biennale (PAB) is a continental platform dedicated to documenting, preserving, and projecting Africa's built environment, urbanism, and creative futures— across all 54 nations and the diaspora.
It is the founding of a long-term continental institution, built to ensure that African architects, urbanists, artists, and communities are the authors of their own spatial and cultural narratives.

The Municipality of Pristina / Capital City has initiated a comprehensive and inclusive
planning process for the development of the Capital City Cemetery of Pristina,
conceived as a contemporary civic, memorial, landscape, and digital public
infrastructure of long-term importance.
The project aims to establish a new model for cemetery planning and funeral
infrastructure in Kosovo, based on:
• dignity,
• equality,
• coexistence,
• institutional professionalism,
• sustainability,
• digital governance,
• and respect for religious and cultural diversity.
The process has been developed through continuous dialogue and consultation with
representatives of religious communities, institutional stakeholders, technical experts,
and international partners.
The future cemetery complex is envisioned not merely as a burial ground, but as a
carefully designed landscape of memory, reflection, peace, coexistence, civic identity,
and long-term collective responsibility.

Showcase your project at the 25th Tile of Spain Awards

This call for entries is open to all architects, students of architecture, landscape architects, interior designers, artists and industrial designers who have a proven portfolio of design work. Fricciones, an international meeting for learning exchanges, will serve as a forum to share unexpected situations that allow us to rethink how we want to learn. The event seeks to create spaces where new forms and experiences of learning can emerge. In this edition, we aim to focus on the frictions that occur in learning between, for example, teaching methods, spaces and architectures, bodies, or policies.

The School of Architecture at the Creative Campus of Universidad Andrés Bello is opening a call for applications for the first edition of Remote Residencies. This project seeks to foster transdisciplinary openings and experiments regarding contemporary and contingent themes of interest, formulating questions that interrogate the state of things while opening spaces for research and free creation. The work will be conducted remotely, followed by implementation through a collaborative effort between the resident and interns from the School of Architecture at the Creative Campus of Universidad Andrés Bello, Viña del Mar campus.

TAC! Urban Architecture Festival will transform a Spanish city into a space for innovation and experimentation each year. This will be achieved through the construction of a temporary pavilion designed by emerging architects, selected via an open call.

Des-Adarve is an ephemeral art competition first held in 2017, aimed at highlighting the city's historical and architectural heritage through contemporary art and public participation.

In 2027, the Weissenhofsiedlung in Stuttgart will mark its 100th anniversary. The famous housing estate, originally consisting of 21 houses, was built for the 1927 Deutscher Werkbund International Exhibition under the artistic direction of Mies van der Rohe. Le Corbusier’s two houses are part of the UNESCO World Heritage site.
