The launch of the first ARQ DOCS of 2019 will take place on August 27, featuring Alejandro Crispiani, an architect from the National University of La Plata (Argentina), 1984, and a Doctor of Human and Social Sciences from the National University of Quilmes (Argentina), 2009. The event will feature commentary from architects Pía Montealegre and Teodoro Fernández.

Last March, at the Franz Mayer Museum in Mexico City, a designer and three architects from Mexico, Italy, and Chile discussed marketing in architecture during MEXTROPOLI 2019, Latin America's largest architecture and urbanism festival.

The experience of color as a tool for transforming spaces and people will be one of the topics addressed at the event, featuring insights from prominent professionals such as Pablo Allard, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Art at UDD, and American author and speaker Fawn Chang, a specialist in "color and emotions" and Feng Shui.

As a unique opportunity, the School of Design at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez is offering its alumni and current postgraduate students the first edition of an executive program on Design and Innovation at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. (United States).

As part of the celebration of 22 years of disciplinary and professional training, the UTEM School of Architecture (Chile) is organizing the 2019 UTEM School of Architecture Week, titled "The Project Within the Project." The event will feature international participation from Colombian architects Farhid Maya (Taller Síntesis) and María Paula Vallejo (Célula Arquitectura).

The Third International Seminar on Material Culture serves as a forum for dialogue and reflection on the exhibition of diverse practices linked to material exploration in contemporary architectural culture. The seminar aims to promote these practices—characterized by the unique approach of each guest—and to provide students, architects, and related professionals with access to this knowledge.

"Recuerdo tu nombre" is a large-scale concert held at Villa Músicos del Mundo in the San Joaquín commune of Santiago. The concert aims to strengthen the bonds between community members and their daily environment, offering an opportunity to learn about the history of an artistic discipline while advancing the development of a personal language in the construction of a musical event.

The "Laboratorio en Crítica Proyectual" diploma program at Universidad Finis Terrae is organizing the discussion "Functions of Critique in the Project," which aims to foster a debate on ideas and arguments regarding the power, relevance, and resilience of critical thinking within professional practice, research, and architectural education.

Since 2010, the School of Architecture at Universidad Mayor in Santiago has held an annual international workshop, inviting architecture schools from around the world to collaborate for nine days. Each invited school sends a professor and a group of students who, alongside our school's students and faculty, think, discuss, and develop proposals on a specific architectural theme. Beyond the work itself, related lectures are held, and the final results are presented to an external jury.

Since 2015, Galería NAC has worked consistently to promote contemporary Chilean art, specifically the work of emerging artists. After four years, we are proud to note that we have held over 80 exhibitions, participated in more than 10 fairs, and established a visual identity centered on art and architecture for which NAC is now recognized.
