
Estudio Simbiotika and Archmotion are launching the Portfolio Cycle, a series of talks featuring studios and architects from the "Made in Talca" movement, showcasing a selection of projects and works completed both within and outside the Maule region in recent years. Invited speakers include Enzo Sartori/111 Arquitectos, Juan Paulo Alarcón/Surco Studio, José Miguel Mardones/Archmotion, Carlos Candia/Aplomo, and Felipe Alarcón. The first session will be led by Cristián Axl Valdés of Mutar Estudio on September 6th at 8:00 PM at Estudio Simbiotika, 8 Ote 925 (between 2 and 3 Sur), Talca.

Selected for the XI BIAU (Ibero-American Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism) exhibition and named one of the 14 emerging Latin American firms for the 2019 Latin American Architecture Biennial in Spain, Mutar Estudio is led by Cristián Axl Valdés.
The firm's work has been featured in publications across France, Argentina, Germany, Croatia, Romania, the Netherlands, and elsewhere. It has also been exhibited at various venues, including the XVIII Chilean Biennial of Architecture and Territory, the XXI Pan-American Biennial of Architecture of Quito, and the XIII Biennial of Architecture of Bolivia, where it received the award for Best International Project. Based in Chile's Central Valley, Mutar Estudio designs and builds within the fields of architecture, urban design, and landscape.
