Design + Build Bamboo Workshop Laos

This September, non-profit organization Building Trust will host a Live Build Workshop in Laos, in partnership with the local Free the Bears Fund rescue centre. Participants are invited to work with the Laotian local community and Free the Bears staff to construct a design a sustainable merchandise store within the bear rescue centre. The store will allow Free the Bears to sell merchandise that will in turn fund their ongoing bear conservation projects in Laos and beyond.

Revit Flow 2.0 : Free Workshop for ArchDaily Supporters

As part of our collaboration with Parametric Architecture, we are happy to announce that all of our ArchDaily Supporters will have free access to a monthly workshop hosted by PAACADEMY.

This month's workshop is the second series of the Revit flow series By Mustapha Nachar. It will focus on intermediate to advanced Revit techniques, including designing using families, BIM techniques, and parametric tools to enhance the design process and produce BIM data schedules. By the end of this workshop, you will be able to create complex building elements and systems using advanced Revit features, and you will be able to produce detailed and accurate construction documentation.

Parametric Architecture introduces a series of upcoming workshops in partnership with ArchDaily. Instant Highway: Connectivities in a 15-Minute City

In this workshop we will explore together the urbanist concept of the ‘15-Minute City’ alongside London-based architectural group Archigram’s ‘Instant Cities’. You will be invited to explore the surrounding hidden gems of modernist architecture in Notting Hill. Participants will record, document, and represent their surroundings through a range of techniques and materials, such as: collage, photography, rubbings and drawing.
