As part of ‘Del territorio al Detalle’, a space for academic dialogue and reflection that brings together architecture professors, students, and renowned architects, the spin-off "Del territorio al detalle .re" explores the thesis that a territory's richness stems from its capacity for renewal. Through informal conversations with relevant figures, the series examines how activating disused spaces can transform them into both challenges and resources.

The trip to the Venice Architecture Biennale, led by Francesco Perrotta-Bosch, will take place from October 12 to 23.

The 7th edition of the Lisbon Triennale kicks off in Venice with a debate centered on the question "How Heavy is a City?" This open, participatory reflection brings together experts from various disciplines, ranging from art to architecture, science, technology, and the humanities.

This Thursday, January 19, at 1:30 PM (5:30 PM in Italy), the Gradoni Hall at the Università Iuav di Venezia library will host the book launch for Del territorio al detalle (Bifurcaciones, 2021). Edited by architect and academic Germán Valenzuela, the volume serves as an effort to gather a significant portion of the Latin American architectural discourse from the last decade into a single publication.

The documentary "Tudo é Projeto," which explores the life and work of Paulo Mendes da Rocha—one of the most respected architects in Brazil and worldwide—will be screened on May 23 at 4:00 PM in the Aula Magna at the Università Iuav di Venezia. This event is an initiative of the Casa da Arquitectura in partnership with Iuav, taking place during the opening week of the 16th Venice Architecture Biennale.

Juan Navarro Baldeweg has pursued his creative work across various expressive fields, including architecture, painting, installation, sculpture, and essays. His body of work forms a distinct artistic corpus, remarkable for both its coherence and the diversity of the media in which he works. The exchange of ideas and concepts between the arts, as proposed in his work, expands the traditional conceptual scope of architecture. The multiplicity of influences in his work, along with his commitment to applying his principles regardless of the medium, has led him to focus on creating pathways between different artistic practices.

From Tuesday, April 17, to Friday, April 20, coinciding with Milano Design Week 2018, Italy will host "Architettura in Corto" for the first time. This short film series on innovation and trends in contemporary architecture is organized by Roca. Created by the Barcelona-based agency B&S, the project aims to promote video as a medium for effectively narrating architectural processes.

The YTAA 2018 awards ceremony will take place on September 20 at Palazzo Michiel, as part of the 2018 Venice Biennale.

The ‘DiWine Path’ Summer School explores how climate change is reshaping agricultural production, transforming mountainous areas into new territories for viticultural experimentation and rural regeneration. Through an integrated, interdisciplinary, and multiscale approach, the programme investigates strategies to enhance and recover fragile historic viticultural landscapes and rural heritage of Valle Maira in Piedmont (Italy).
