The TERRAFIBRA Award is a global award in contemporary earthen and plant fibre-based architectures. Its objective is to promote the aesthetics, construction perks and environmental benefits of 40 sustainable buildings. For those outstanding buildings to be fully recognized by both professionals and the general public, every stakeholder involved in the process must be acknowledged as well. CALL FOR ENTRIES
Young architects and designers are invited to submit work to the annual Architectural League Prize Competition. Projects of all types, either theoretical or real, and executed in any medium, are welcome. The jury will select work for presentation in lectures, digital media, and an exhibition in June 2021. If COVID-19 restrictions are required, the exhibition and lectures might shift to a digital format. Winners will receive a cash prize of $2,000.

The Terraforming is a three-year design research initiative and think-tank of Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture and Design directed by Benjamin H. Bratton. Each program cycle runs for five months with a group of 30 Russian and international researchers.
