I'm a big fan of architectural photography, from Julius Schulman - who has depicted American modernism through brilliant photos of Richard Neutra's, Pierre Koenig's and Charles Eames' works - to Nelson Kon - who flawlessly registers the work of a whole Brazilian architects' generation.

Fernando Guerra is already part of our studio. I love his relation with the oeuvre, patiently scrutinizing the architecture and its light. Hours and hours of meticulous work to bring to life the presence of the scorching sun, the blue moon, the falling stars, the migratory birds, the rocky mountains, the turbulent sea, the winding road, the gardener watering the lilies, the cook preparing a steak with fries and the people who use the space and barely look at the architecture. After all everything is important and will be there at the final click. I like that!
