MOSO® Bamboo develops sustainable bamboo materials that unite durability, performance, and refined aesthetics. Designed as a renewable alternative to tropical hardwoods, these products meet the high technical standards demanded by architectural and commercial applications.
MOSO® Bamboo offers a broad variety of bamboo indoor solutions, such as solid panels, beams, and veneer in various sizes, thicknesses, colors, and textures.
Products
The top layer of the MOSO® Bamboo solid panels defines wear resistance and hardness. These bamboo panels can be used in applications where the side of the panel remains visible, such as steps of a staircase, furniture, and kitchen worktops.
MOSO® Bamboo solid panels are available in multiple variations with respect to size, thickness, configuration, style, and color. The line pattern, combined with a natural look, creates numerous design possibilities.
The MOSO® Bamboo solid beams can be applied in several (semi) structural applications such as windows and doorframes. The high stability of MOSO® Bamboo solid beams allows for creative use in both decorative and structural applications. They are available in various dimensions and are easy to process for specific requirements. Custom-made beams can be requested.
Available in Caramel and Ecru colors, in both the extra hard High Density® version (tropical hardwood look and random line pattern) and the Side/Plain Pressed version (regular line pattern with bamboo nodes visible).
MOSO® Bamboo veneer is created by slicing sheets from laminated blocks made from bamboo strips. The high-quality bamboo veneer has to be pressed, preferably double-sided, onto a base material or several layers of veneer can be pressed into a multiply product.
To avoid cracks during handling, MOSO® Bamboo veneer is backed with a thin, but strong cellulose fleece. This facilitates easy pressing of the veneer sheets on a panel, which enables the use in multiple applications in the building and interior design industry.
Available in various sizes, colors, and styles, and can be supplied with formaldehyde-free adhesive (E0 norm) and FSC®-certification. MOSO® Bamboo veneer is mainly offered in A-selection (regular in color) and can be processed with a minimum of cutting and selection waste.
