More about this product

In partnership with Dixon Projects, Glazing Vision is assisting in the latest city renovation in West 138th Street, Harlem, New York with the intention to open up city rooftops in urban settlements.

Glazing Vision's Three Wall Box Skylight was used as a solution. This innovative rooflight is attached on three sides with one side and the top left glazed. This floods the stairwell below with natural daylight while also creating an easy and discreet access to the rooftop. The electric sliding system is controlled through a simple switch, making regular roof access hassle free.

Within the context of the historic row house roofline, an approved solution was required for the renovation. The Skybox was pre-approved by the Landmark Preservation Commission (LPC) and Department of Buildings (DOB) making it the perfect solution, reducing the permitting and approvals time and saving costs in the long run.
