The PLANOCOLOR® MICROCEMENT flooring systems from Novamix provide an improved schedule performance and risk management coating material for indoor & outdoor applications. It is a low thickness, high-strength universal and customized covering solution that can be applied on floors but also on walls, ceilings, or even on curved or special constructions such as swimming pools and furniture.

• High tensile and compressive strength
  
  Novamix floor microcement coatings (PLANOCOLOR PREMIUM 2K & SP) achieve a compressive strength of more than 60MPa and tensile strength of more than 15 MPa providing a layer with anti-cracking properties, as shown in the video above.

• Variety of finishes and colors

  The final finish of the surface varies from matte, semi-gloss and glossy and the texture can be smooth, providing a uniform seamless surface, or stamped - artistic depending on the application requirements. Furthermore, some varnishes are specially designed for a fast, same-day application. Novamix offers a variety of pigments which can be used for achieving specific colors.

• Renovations and new constructions
  
  

  The application of 1-3 mm covering coat on substrates such as:
  - Concrete, cement screeds, plaster, renders and masonry mortars
  - Gypsum and cement boards
  - Existing coverings such as ceramic tiles, marble, terrazzo
  - Glass, metal and wood
  is a major advantage during renovations or new constructions.

  Furthermore, sanding the existing varnish and re-applying a 1mm thin coat of PLANOCOLOR® PREMIUM in a different color is enough to completely change appearance without raising the floor level. The latter is a very important feature for areas where renovations are frequent such as showrooms, hotels, mass-catering shops.

• Microcement Coatings and Heating Net Installation
  
  PLANOCOLOR® PREMIUM 2K & PLANOCOLOR® PREMIUM SP microcement coatings, combined with electrical heating net, create 8-10 mm thick “heated coatings”. In this way, almost every structural element (wall, floor or furniture) can easily be transformed to a heating panel.
