Sparkletots Preschool is amongst the first mega child care centres to be introduced in Singapore as part of the government’s efforts to increase and enhance education opportunities for pre-schoolers. Home to 1000 children, the development is located in Punggol, a relatively new town characterized largely by young couples just starting their families.
