How about L&M art gallery in Venice? or even gehry’s binoculars as well?
Seriously what’s going on here?
The Bradbury Building by George H. Wyman is not mentioned??
It’s located at 304 South Broadway (at 3rd Street) in downtown.
i agree with all the other comments, here are more i can think of…
capitol records bldg (fantastic view on the northside of vine)
lacma
gehry’s house
gamble house
caltech morphosis building
observatory
hwood sign hike
hollywood bowl
anson ford theater (across the freeway)
diamond ranch hs (worth the trip)
barnsdall park/hollyhock
kate mantilini
chemosphere (and basically every other famous lautner house)
stahl house is great only if you can get in, from the street you can’t see anything. flw’s storer house is just down the hill
i’m sure i’m forgetting plenty….
yeah, you forgot the Staples Center. lol
hmm, my condo should be on that list too…
the staples center is alright – it’s not exactly “omg you have to go here”
and noone gives a crap about your condo
Another one i forgot to mention:
The Department of Water and Power Building by AC Martin Partners.
It’s across the street the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and diagonal from the Disney Concert Hall.
