Croatian design team, AVP_arhitekti, has submitted to ArchDaily their latest project, Marine Research Center Bali. Their proposal seeks to align the center with the elemental characteristics of Bali itself. Follow after the jump for additional images and a thorough description from the architects.

Swiss architects kit shared with us their project “Learn-scape”, a primary school and kindergarten in Rafz, Switzerland. More images and architect’s description after the break.

Earlier in the week, we featured the winning entry for the international architectural competition for the Centre for Promotion of Science. Now, Blok39 Organization has shared with us the remaining winners for the 2010 competition for Belgrade, Serbia. More images and descriptions on the winners after the break.

GPP Architects were recently awarded 1st prize for their entry in the competition for the University College Nordjvlland‘s (UCN) new educational center and have kindly shared their work with us here at ArchDaily. The Ministry of Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia initiated an international competition for a Centre for Promotion of Science and the urban development of Block 39 in New Belgrade in Serbia. This design aims to be an institution of service and a national bank of knowledge in the field of science for the general public. An international jury unanimously selected Austrian architect Wolfgang Tschapeller’s project as the winning entry. More images and architect’s description after the break.

Rosales del Canal Kindergarden / Magén Arquitectos The Kindergarden in Rosales del Canal is located in an area of residential growth in the south-west of Zaragoza. This is the first phase of an educational facility that will be completed with the primary education building. In agreement with the criteria on accessibility and preferably south-facing orientation of teaching spaces, the three buildings – Kindergarten, dining hall/gymnasium and primary – are arranged in a U-shape on the perimeter of the plot (read more…)
