Registration is now open for the third cohort of the Insper Executive Education short course, "Urban Innovation: New Ways of Shaping Cities," in partnership with Arq.Futuro. With a 40-hour curriculum starting on October 1st, the course aims to help train citizens capable of interpreting the reality of urban spaces and adopting a critical stance on the future of cities.

The Mundaneum XII_re_UNIÓN International Architecture: Necessary Architectures and Cities: re_THINKING Architecture and Urbanism in Latin America will take place at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Granada (ETSAG), Spain, on October 3, 4, and 5, 2018, to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the re_UNIÓN's founding (1998-2018).
We are fascinated by mobile architecture. This exhibition is based on a multifunctional bus that will travel through the Miraflores district, allowing citizens to engage in multiple activities, ranging from paying taxes to hosting concerts. The exhibition, curated by the architecture firm LLATAS, features plans, images, interactive maps, models, and a space for citizens to draw and write down their ideas. It runs until November 15, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Don't miss the bus!

Since 1978, the Colegio de Arquitectos del Ecuador Provincial de Pichincha (CAE-P) has organized the Pan-American Biennial of Architecture of Quito (BAQ) every November of even-numbered years. It is considered one of the most important architectural events in the Americas. This call for entries fosters exchange, integration, comparison, and analysis of architectural and urban production, as well as the transfer of criteria and contemporary thought.
