This call for entries is open to all architects, students of architecture, landscape architects, interior designers, artists and industrial designers who have a proven portfolio of design work. It is the intention of this competition to foster and encourage the formation of multi-disciplinary teams.

Greenbuild hosts the largest annual event for green building professionals worldwide where attendees learn and source solutions to improve resilience, sustainability, and quality of life in our buildings, cities, and communities.

Since its founding in 1990, Edifica has established itself as the most important exhibition of its kind in Latin America. Organized biennially by the Chilean Chamber of Construction and Fisa, this major event serves as the primary meeting point for the entire industry value chain, bringing together prominent suppliers, professional visitors, and representatives from both the public and private sectors. Its regional relevance is reflected in the projected attendance for upcoming editions, which aim to bring together more than 700 exhibiting companies and 35,000 professionals to highlight the industry’s contribution to the country's development.

The Swiss Finance & Property Group (SFP Group) invites students of architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, spatial planning, and related disciplines to participate in the Walzwerk Student Design Competition, an international ideas competition exploring the future of one of Switzerland's most distinctive former industrial sites.

The 9th ExpoMadera Entre Ríos 2024 is shaping up to be a key event for the timber and construction sectors in Argentina. This international exhibition, taking place from October 4 to 5 at the Concordia Convention Center—with a preliminary workshop on August 15 at the Casa de Entre Ríos in Buenos Aires—aims to promote timber housing and its integration into sustainable architecture.

Applications are now open for a specialized training program in the application of new design and additive construction technologies, particularly using cementitious mixtures for building. The program aims to leverage the potential of 3D printing in architecture, urban furniture, and infrastructure, drawing on the expertise and facilities of the Universidad del Bío-Bío, a leader in this field in Latin America.

The research group City, Architecture, and Preservation in Historical Perspective (CAPPH - UNIFESP) and the Interdisciplinary Center for City Studies (CIEC - UNICAMP) are pleased to invite researchers dedicated to the study of the city from a historical perspective—whether focusing on urban history, urbanism, and urban planning, or related approaches such as historical geography, social, economic, and technological history, among others—to participate in the 5th edition of the Urbanism and Urbanists in Brazil Seminar. The Center for Architecture and City Research (CIAC) at the PUCP Architecture Unit announces the inauguration of the second edition of its annual research event, "Peru as a Project: From Territory to Housing," which aims to disseminate and discuss the research currently being developed by the Unit. The FestiAtlas CoMún invites reflection on architecture, public space, and the city. It encourages visitors to explore the Casa de la Cultura, a historic building that spans a Buenos Aires city block, through installations, exhibitions, gatherings, and activities by various collectives that present new ways of approaching the idea of the "common."
