Now more than ever, academia must be linked to society by creating School+Community projects. At Fábrica de Ciudad, given the unique moment we are currently living through, we are redoubling our commitment to education and society. For this reason, we have created Factory Fridays, conceived as an online school project featuring guest professors from both Mexico and abroad. From May 15 to July 30, every Friday we will host a session led by prominent Latin American architects who will share their practice and ideas through lectures and dialogues.

Factory Fridays | Cycle 03

Following the conclusion of the first and second cycles of Viernes de Fábrica, which brought together over 1,000 students, architects, and professors from 20 countries over the course of 20 weeks, the belief that academia must now, more than ever, be linked to social issues to create School+Community projects is reaffirmed. Fábrica de Ciudad extends an invitation to continue exploring new ways to strengthen this exchange. We are pleased to announce the third cycle of Viernes de Fábrica, the final installment of the year, which will take place from October 16 to December 4.
