On Thursday, May 31, the Workplace Design Conference, organized by the multinational 3g Smart Group in collaboration with ATREVIA, returns to Lima. The event will feature discussions on the importance of transforming workspaces and work environments "by and for people" in the new digital era, as well as their impact on society and the process of adapting to new technologies.

The International Sustainable Irrigation Expo, S.C. (EIRSMX), is a privately funded company that has successfully brought together over eighty leading national and international manufacturers of high-tech irrigation systems. The event is positioned as the largest of its kind in Latin America, given its success in attracting leading manufacturers of irrigation technologies and complementary products, with confirmed participation from over 17 countries.
The primary objective of EIRSMX 2018 is to showcase technologies and services that optimize water resource management to promote and maintain sustainable production processes within the country.
This event will be the first of its kind in the country and the largest in Latin America. It is aimed at leading global and national brands, producers, manufacturers, distributors, importers, and national and international exporters with technologies related or compatible with irrigation systems who wish to promote, position, or refresh their brand in the global market, as well as introduce new products and services that emphasize the importance of water conservation and environmental sustainability across the commercial, residential, agricultural, golf, institutional, and government/municipal sectors. It is worth noting that the International Sustainable Irrigation Expo will be inaugurated and presided over by all three levels of government: Federal (SAGARPA), State Government, the State Secretariat for Sustainable Development, and the municipalities of Querétaro. We are encouraging the participation of visitors including international and national institutions, commercial entities, importers, exporters, government agencies, hotels, universities, various associations, livestock farmers, agricultural producers, installers, architects, landscape architects, engineers, designers, students, and the general public.
Additionally, the event will feature a series of conferences, workshops, and tours of irrigation sites, where exhibiting companies can promote and showcase their new products or services, the technology behind their development, and their contributions to environmental sustainability.

This Saturday, December 15, marks the launch of the first edition of Envolvente magazine, a publication dedicated to promoting and recognizing local architecture by fostering critical discourse and opinion on relevant topics in architecture, design, and urbanism. Envolvente creates a space for critical reading, as we believe that architecture is defined not only by its imagery but also by its underlying argument.

The Universidad de las Américas Puebla invites you to attend the lecture titled “Parametric Design, Simulation Process, and Prototyping of Complex Forms,” featuring speaker Giancarlo Di Marco, an academic and lecturer in digital design and fabrication. From March 15 to May 30, the Archivo de Bogotá is hosting the exhibition and seminar "Modern Heritage: Architecture, City, and Photography." This event of national and international interest brings together two exhibitions that highlight the urban and architectural heritage value of modernity, in which photography plays a prominent role in its dissemination: "Bogotá Through the Lens of 10 Photographers" (Curators: Maria Pia Fontana, Miguel Mayorga, Margarita Roa) and "The Architectural Work of Le Corbusier: An Outstanding Contribution to the Modern Movement. Course: New Architectural Poetics. Keys to Reading Architecture Today

CineCubo is the film club hosted by the Institute of Architects of Brazil (IAB) with the goal of fostering dialogue between audiovisual and architectural languages and debating perspectives on the city. On the third Tuesday of every month at 7:30 PM, CineCubo screens films followed by a discussion at the IAB-SP headquarters. Curated and moderated by Nana Maiolini, Travessia Filmes, and guests, the sessions are free and open to the general public.
