Architects Silvia Mendoza Marzola, president of the Colombian Society of Architects (SCA-PN), Paola Zellner-Basset, director of the International Archive of Women in Architecture (IAWA), and Ana María Pinzón Romero, coordinator of the Colombian Architects (AC) initiative, invite all architects in the country to participate in the call for submissions for the 1x1 Collection Colombia 2022.

The selection process has begun for the construction of a temporary architectural installation as part of the second Young Architects Festival (YAF_CONSTRUCTO), to be held in 2023. The first edition of the festival took place at the Ruinas de Huanchaca Museum in Antofagasta in 2022.

MICRO was born in 2020 as a reflective process that identified the artistic potential brewing within architecture schools that had remained anonymous, aiming, furthermore, to encourage all students to broaden their horizons beyond the purely architectural. Ultimately, it seeks to collect and host all works produced under the proposed theme in a single exhibition that showcases the artistic talent of architecture schools. MIRO (Museum of Impunity: Resistance to Oblivion) is a digital museum exhibition project by the Estudio 3.14 Fellowship Program that seeks to showcase a diverse range of visual works with protest-oriented and subversive content. These works address various social issues stemming from the prevalence of impunity in Mexico and globally, through the power of imagery. The Living Places – Simon Architecture Prize is an initiative by the company Simon, curated by the Fundació Mies van der Rohe since its inception in 2016 to commemorate Simon's centenary. Since then, architecture firms from over 23 countries—including Mexico, Poland, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Portugal, and Spain—have participated in the competition, reaffirming its international relevance. In the previous edition, the prize featured 220 nominated projects.
