OTIIMA is an innovative minimal frame window and door system. Its 3/4” sight lines, limitless size, and configurations are backed by a great warranty. 38 Series glass systems from OTIIMA were used in Linda Flora, a custom home in Bel Air, California.
This is a newly-constructed house that showcases incredible views of the Santa Monica Mountains. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence was designed with a playful quality, incorporating a mix of eye-catching materials and patterns that set it apart from spec houses that dominate LA’s luxury market.
By going through an oversized, pivoting front door, visitors are welcomed into a light-filled foyer with unobstructed sight lines that extend to the outdoors. The open-plan main floor is characterized by soaring, wood-toned ceilings, stained concrete floors, and operable OTIIMA doors that create seamless indoor/outdoor transitions.
