Aura Boca is a residential development at the intersection of Yamato Road and Congress Avenue in Boca Raton, Florida. Positioned near office hubs and major transport links, the project offers regional connectivity with access to Town Center, Mizner Park, Royal Palm Place, and nearby beaches and golf courses. Designed by RLC Architects, the development combines urban accessibility with leisure amenities.
Jonite provided stone-reinforced pool grates to support the outdoor leisure areas. The system was coordinated with the deck finishes to maintain a consistent visual profile around the pool perimeter, while integrating slip resistance and weathering durability suited to South Florida conditions.
The overflow pool layout produces consistently wet deck zones with high foot traffic. To address this, the grates deliver anti-slip performance and an appropriate flow rate for surface water management, helping to minimize splash accumulation and maintain safe circulation paths for residents. Installed in 2020, the configuration balances drainage efficiency with a refined finish that aligns with the project’s material palette.
