The competition aims to generate new, modern proposals for the revitalization of the Dilúvio Stream in Porto Alegre. The organizers are seeking proposals and ideas that provide the Dilúvio with a design commensurate with its potential, transforming it into a landmark for Porto Alegre rather than its current state: a heavily polluted and underutilized stream.
