Text description provided by the architects. A relaxed, quality seafood restaurant. This was always the brief and the intent but Pierre & Margaux’s brief although always very clear are also ever growing and a real development between the constraints of the building and the desired end product. If something no longer feels right, they are always brave enough to admit that and make the necessary changes.
