Text description provided by the architects. The project is a non-invasive single-family house in the middle of a rural building block. Although mainly underground, it looks out over the surroundings. The main asset is the logical tectonic structure, which gives birth to both the spatial and -via the precise use of brick as the main building material- the tangible qualities of the house.
