The prototype of the market served as a traditional wooden gable stall, which traditionally traded at different times. In the architecture of the market, the forms like these stalls are combined into one building, preserving the similarity. It symbolizes the unity and commonality of interests based on the many private interests of farmers.
Появление фермерского рынка в Тульской области развивает самый маленький малозащищенный рыночный сегмент – фермерские хозяйства и местный малый бизнес. Прообразом рынка послужил традиционный двускатный деревянный ларек, в которых торговали в разные времена. В архитектуре рынка подобные этим ларькам формы соединяются в одно здание, сохраняя подобие. Это символизирует единство и общность интересов, основанных на множестве частных интересов фермеров.
The architecture of the farmers market reflects the modern values of trade in the food segment, where “handmade” products and individuality are valued. At the same time, the shape of the building reflected the idea of rural cooperation, where each farmer is firstly an individual, but with all of them together, because the cooperative way of managing helps everyone to find their consumer, to respond to market conditions.

В то же время форма здания отразила идею сельской кооперации, где каждый фермер прежде всего индивидуален, но со всеми вместе, потому что кооперативный способ хозяйствования помогает каждому найти своего потребителя, ответить конъюнктуре рынка.

Так в первый год после открытия появилась кафе-калачная, приспособленная к продаже продуктов в любое время года и погоду. На следующий год часть зоны продаж сельсхозяйственной продукции тоже была отгорожена витражами и теперь рынок приспособлен для продажи фермерских продуктов круглый год.
