“How do we want to create?”
As the team at Cox Architecture met to commence planning and design on the practice’s new workplace, this was the question that cut across the usual concerns of how many offices will be needed, where will individuals sit and how teams will be configured. This question underscored the practice’s primary intention for the new office, to develop and invigorate its core activity of bringing together professionals across various fields of practice to collaborate and create contemporary architecture informed by the values and principles central to the practice’s approach.
