Text description provided by the architects. This project required the refurbishment of a 185 sqm Grade II listed private residence on Holland Park Road, London. A complete renovation of the first floor allowed the entire property area to be maximized, providing an additional bedroom whilst simultaneously increasing the bathroom spaces. Conscious to control the budget, the design utilized existing service locations and kept the bathroom layouts roughly intact.
