Text description provided by the architects. This is a house for a couple in their 40s for spending valuable time with their two daughters. As a motif for the plan, the husband, who is a company owner, chose designs by Alvar Aalto and the small churches that are the heart and soul of people, of which he was influenced when he traveled Northern Europe. The living spaces are filled with the warmth of wood, which is somehow similar to idyllic scenery in Japan.
