We are seeking to attract top talent from around the world to participate in one of our school's innovative and exciting master's programs for the upcoming academic year. Individuals who studied architecture, design, or related disciplines, graduated between 2015 and 2018, and ranked in the top 25% of their class are eligible to compete for the IE Architecture + Prize.

World Expos have left an impressive architectural legacy that has become symbolic of many cities and countries. Sea ice in the Arctic region is crucial for maintaining the global climate due to its reflectivity. The melting of this ice can further accelerate global warming due to positive feedback loops, where warming generates more heat as solar absorption increases. The loss of this ice sheet may represent a tipping point in global warming, triggering the 'runaway' effect of climate change.

The CAF competition sought ideas proposing comprehensive habitat improvements within communities. Specifically, it aimed to improve citizens' quality of life and integrate informal settlements into the city through the conception and design of innovative, relevant, justified, and feasible proposals.

Participants in the Bee Breeders Silent Meditation Forest Cabins competition are invited to create a space where guests can disconnect from the constant noise and distractions of the technological world and focus on silent reflection over a simple cup of tea.

Rethinking is celebrating its 4th anniversary. It has been four years since the launch of our first competition, and from the very beginning, participants have requested a specific type of competition: one that rewards, both symbolically and financially, the effort required by a year of work on a final degree project. It concluded an intense month that not only impacted the world of sports but also had direct repercussions on the host country's economy, tourism, and urban planning. Russia was the chosen host country. A total of 12 stadiums across 11 Russian cities were built or renovated for the tournament. But have you ever considered what happens when Olympic stadiums, World Cup venues, or other costly sports infrastructure close after the events for which they were designed? Many host local sports clubs. Others, however, become what we call "white elephants," used as parking lots, car racing tracks, or even—as in the case of Montreal's spectacular Olympic Stadium—a flu vaccination center. In "Residential Stadium: Adaptive Reuse," Archstorming aims to analyze how architecture can provide solutions for stadium design, ensuring they can be repurposed once the sporting event has concluded.
