Urban Crossing "The Sacred Chimba"

Since 2016, the School of Architecture at Universidad Finis Terrae has hosted "Atraviesos Urbanos" (Urban Traversals), a series of thematic tours through various sectors of the capital. Led by an architecture professor who discusses the history and heritage value of each site to an audience of students, faculty, and the general public, these tours aim to highlight routes of cultural, urban, and historical interest throughout Santiago.

Exhibition: Timeless Architecture 2022

The Arquitectura Atemporal 2022 (Timeless Architecture 2022) exhibition, organized by INTBAU Spain and curated by Alejandro García Hermida, features both the winning entries from the Architecture Competition and the 2022 Richard H. Driehaus Building Arts Awards. The exhibition will be on view at CentroCentro, a cultural space located in Madrid's Palacio de Cibeles, from June 10 to August 7, 2022.

Throughout its history, the Taller Max Cetto has been defined by its reflection on and development of architectural and artistic thought. The Taller hosts various activities, including the "Conversaciones en el Cetto" program, which features lectures by prominent professionals. Previous editions have included architects such as Jorge Ambrosi, Oscar Hagerman, Tatiana Bilbao, Frida Escobedo, Carlos Mijares, Productora, Benjamín Romano, Jorge Yázpik, Isaac Broid, and many others. The 2022-2 cycle will feature Pavel Escobedo, Andrés Solíz, Gustavo López, Luis Young, Isadora Hastings, Javier Sánchez, Daniel Escotto, TO Arquitectura, and Bettina Cetto.

Mui Lab’s Milan Design Week Exhibit to Showcase Beautiful Blending of IoT into Daily Life with Calm Technology

During Milan Design Week 2022 to be held from June 5-12, mui Lab, Inc., the Kyoto-based calm technology startup, will showcase its IoT system that turns furniture and other ordinary items into interfaces, using everyday human action as a prompt for digital sequence. For example, opening a curtain in the morning will prompt the “mui Board” (mui’s wooden interface device) on the wall to display a pleasant message to get your day off to the right start, the lights will slowly turn on when you wipe down your dining table, and lively atmospheric music will start playing when you put a vase on the table as breakfast begins.

Art Fair Bodrum

.The best artists of Ukraine will present their works at the annual international art fair in the ancient city of Bodrum.
The fair was organized in 2021 by the governor of Mugla Orhan Tavli, the governor of Bodrum Belikir Yilmaz and the mayor of Bodrum Ahmet Aras.This year the event was organized by Demis Fair Hussein Bay. The Bodrum Art Fair will take place in the cultural center of Herodotus in two stages. The first art lovers will be able to visit from June 29 to July 3, 2022. Ukrainian artists such as Andriy Chyzhov, Svitlana Galdetska, Ivan Dragan, Elina Bilous, Myron Kataran and Mira Bachkur will be represented here. The works of art were created by the authors before the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, some were written under the influence of current events.. It is a reflection of artists on war, dialogue with themselves and the world. By participating in the exhibition, the artists seek to help their country and the affected Ukrainians. After all, part of the proceeds will be donated to the Mykola Petrenko Charitable Foundation for the needs of orphans from the occupied territories.
At the same time, in this way the artists continue the cultural life of Ukraine and its presentation on the international cultural arena.
