"We drive cautious growth because there is a certain compromise we never want to make: the quality of the instruments and the materials that we use," says founder Martin Seeliger.

International Prize for Sustainable Architecture

The Department of Architecture at Ferrara University, Italy, has the pleasure to announce the opening of registrations for the twelfth edition of the International Prize for Sustainable Architecture Fassa Bortolo dedicated to new works, redevelopments, existing building expansions, urban-scale interventions, landscape design and in any other project that clearly expresses the ideals of sustainability.

Re-Constructivist Architecture

Their theoretical, critical and historical approach attempts to rediscover a thoughtful dimension behind the architectural subject. Each firm will present a residential project for the Roman countryside, a design exercise meant as a typological investigation, or, more generally, as a meditation on the autonomy of the architectural discipline. The thirteen projects for thirteen houses showcased in the exhibit are intended as a homage to the city of Rome and its countryside.

Open Call: Chief Curator for 2019 Lisbon Architecture Triennale

The Lisbon Architecture Triennale seeks a Chief Curator or Curatorial Team for its fifth international edition, to be held in Lisbon (Portugal) from October to December 2019.

We welcome applications from individuals or collectives of any nationality and country of residence, provided that the curatorial team includes one resident in mainland Portugal to respond to the organization. The curatorial proposal may be submitted in the Triennale’s official languages, Portuguese and English, or in Spanish or French.
