The "Scenic Garden and Pavilion" ideas competition aims primarily to reorganize and comprehensively recover the area known as the "ecological parking lot," facilitating the integration of the Centro Cultural del Bosque (CCB) into the Chapultepec Forest itself. The Paris Agreement is an international treaty on climate change. Adopted by 196 countries in Paris on December 12, 2015, it entered into force on November 4, 2016.
