Workplace: Trends and New Technologies

Architectural production in Latin America presents complex particularities and is a field open to new perspectives and approaches. In this panel discussion, three Brazilian authors will offer their distinct, yet complementary, perspectives on the subject and present their recently published research.

The Interior Lighting course aims to provide the necessary tools to develop lighting projects for residential and/or commercial spaces. Participants will learn how lighting can personalize and shape new spaces based on the program and its lighting requirements.

The Growarq Week is an event dedicated to architects, engineers, designers, and students looking to revolutionize their design process through a methodology that combines two software programs: Revit and Lumion. The event will take place entirely online from August 29th to September 1st, starting at 7:00 PM each day.

On December 15 at 7:00 PM (Spain time), the presentation of "Cuánto cuento. Relatos de arquitectos"—the second title in the Habitar Iberoamérica collection published by redfundamentos—will take place.

Under the theme ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPE, AND CULTURE: ECHOES OF MODERNITY, the 9th DOCOMOMO North/Northeast Seminar will discuss the conditions of architecture and urbanism as cultural manifestations that reflect identities and social values constructed across diverse fields and eras.
