Due to the ongoing social crisis in Chile, the Infrastructure Department of the Universidad de los Lagos is requesting a modification to the bidding terms, waiving the mandatory site visit requirement, as the necessary conditions for travel were not available in recent weeks to carry out this activity.

1) Technical opening: Wednesday, December 18, 2019.
2) Economic opening (reference): Tuesday, February 4, 2019.
