Grand Beach Hotel Bay is located along the shoreline of Miami Beach, Florida. Designed by Carino & Co. Architects, the hotel was recently renovated to maximize views of the water, provide elevated dining, and continue offering a relaxed setting for leisure and extended stays.
Jonite provided reinforced stone pool grates for the resort’s two beachfront pools and hot tubs. The system delivers effective drainage and integrates into the deck’s finishes. The grates’ engineered stone surface enhances the poolside environment.
The pool grates were specified for their durability in saline-rich coastal conditions. With low water absorption and corrosion resistance, the material minimizes staining and degradation. Additionally, the grates contribute to a refined and design-oriented outdoor aesthetic, combining safety, resilience, design consistency, and long-term functionality
