200 Twin Dolphin is a five-story, Class A office and lab facility designed to serve the growing life science sector. The building features a glazed facade with panoramic views, two outdoor terraces, and a rooftop deck. Its design emphasizes transparency, daylight access, and connectivity to the surrounding landscape. The curved building form and sleek materials reflect a focus on wellness, sustainability, and flexibility for tenants.

BŌK Modern’s custom sunshades and metal screens were integrated directly into the curtain-wall system, providing solar control while reinforcing the sculptural geometry of the facade. Each element was prefabricated and delivered with precise installation templates, minimizing field adjustments and reducing construction time.
