Gresmanc Group, a Spanish family business with over 30 years of experience, specializes in manufacturing extruded stoneware solutions for façades, flooring, and pools, with a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability.
Gresmanc's XD Design system was used for the façade of a residential complex on Via Adamello in Milan, Italy.
The Via Adamello residential complex, completed in 2024, is located in one of Milan's dynamic and evolving areas, close to the planned regeneration of the former Porta Romana airport and the redeveloped spaces spurred by the Prada Foundation. Designed by Arassociati, the project consists of two independent, orthogonal elements: a low-rise building overlooking Via Adamello and a 16-story tower situated in the center of the site.
For this project, Gresmanc Group's XD Design system was applied to the façade, working in partnership with FGR Solutions. The system incorporated ceramic panels in F037 Grisnat color, contributing to the complex's exterior. The use of an extruded stoneware façade system provides durability and resistance, aligning with the demands of modern urban developments.
