The Venlo Greenhouse from Hedafor, a group company associated with Deforche Construction Group, was used for the Flanders Research Institute for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food situated in Melle, Belgium. The center required strict requirements. Hedafor's experience and knowledge in research greenhouse ensured these were met in terms of airtightness, safety, and hygiene. Hedafor assisted in the installation, maintenance, production, and finishing of the center. The center was completed in two phases.

The coordination of the construction with steel structure and equipment is done by one person, a SPOC (Single Point of Contact).
