Fence Systems at Sequoia Belle Haven | BŌK Modern

BŌK Modern specializes in designing and developing innovative architectural metal panel systems. BŌK Modern provided a security perimeter fence system for Mithun Architects' Sequoia Belle Haven project.

The multi-family residential project in East Palo Alto utilized a BŌK Modern fencing system, customized with a pattern designed by the architect to break up the monotony of the long distances. BŌK Modern also provided a clean stainless steel blade post that was cast into a concrete footing, with panels subsequently bolted directly to the blades resulting in a neat and modern fencing solution. Signage was integrated by laser-cutting directly into the gate panels.

• Post-Free Fence: A patented system where structural support seamlessly integrates into the panel during fabrication, simplifying installation and yielding a sleek, uncluttered design. Available in aluminum and Cor-Ten steel, with heights ranging from 4’ to 8’.
• Blade and Post Fence: This option offers a sleek, modern appearance by utilizing thin blades for lateral support instead of bulky posts. Available in solid metal or with customizable patterns, it achieves a contemporary look with minimal visual interruption.
• Long Span Fence: Ideal for applications requiring fewer posts and longer spans, BŌK's Long Span Fence can cover up to 8’ between posts. Panels can be stacked horizontally for heights exceeding 12’ or attached to cross members for heights up to 10’. Particularly suitable for tall structures or rooftop mechanical screens, minimizing roof penetrations.
• Divider/Low Fence: Perfect for lower dividers and gates, BŌK Dividers offer an elegant solution for delineating spaces.
• Mechanical Screens: Offering both aesthetic appeal and functional benefits,
• BŌK's mechanical screens are suitable for ground-level or rooftop installations. These screens can be mounted without posts in some cases or horizontally with up to 10’ between posts, minimizing intrusions through podium or roof waterproofing systems.
