Wood Flooring in L’Avenue Restaurant | Parklex International S.L.

L’Avenue Restaurant has been a part of Saks Fifth Avenue since early 2019. Designed by Philippe Starck based on vintage Parisian glamour with a contemporary twist, it features Oak flooring from Parklex in the interior.

L’Avenue offers two unique settings for diners:

• The Salon
  In ivory and pink tones, the salon is a reflection on the permanence of elegance
• The Chalet
  A warm and welcoming retreat to meet friends, inspired by the French Alps

The different environments are linked by tan tones. The Parklex Hy Tek floor in American Oak wood runs between the two rooms and imbues a sense of character and beauty whilst giving the benefits of its technical properties; being an AC6-rated, high traffic resistant wood floor, with no need for subsequent maintenance apart from general cleaning, watertight and very resistant to humidity.
