MasterLine 8 features 3 different levels of insulation for high insulated, low energy and even passive houses. These different levels of insulation are achieved by the integration of new and clever materials. The unique concept makes it possible to combine an extensive range of window opening types, design variants, and different levels of thermal insulation. The design variants, each with their own distinct look and feel, make MasterLine 8 suitable for any architectural style.
The MasterLine 8 platform with its 40 mm thermal break ensures an Uf value of 1,9 W/m²K for a frame-vent section of 119 mm on the standard insulation level. There is no need to place additional insulating gaskets and with this creating a highly performing and profitable system.
The MasterLine 8 Renaissance windows have been redesigned, truer to the traditional ogee detailing in heritage windows. The vent is recessed to the frame on the exterior side and the detailing is more refined.
Renaissance windows are available in most opening types and in the three insulation levels: standard, HI and HI+ with similar insulation properties as the Functional design range.
MasterLine 8 DECO windows offer a modern, unique design to be a little different yet have the same modern feel. The vent is recessed to the frame on the exterior side and the sloped detailing brings a fine palette of reflections and shading.
DECO windows are available in most opening types and in the three insulation levels: standard, HI and HI+ with similar insulation properties as the functional design range.
For a modern minimalistic appearance of joinery MasterLine 8 offers the Hidden Vent profile system. With Hidden Vent profiles the vents are covered by the outer frames and transoms, which allows for a concealed install of the window elements behind the window reveal. Within composed elements opening windows cannot be distinguished from fixed panes, giving façades a refined look.
MasterLine 8 Hidden Vent elements are available on three insulation levels: ‘standard’, HI and HI+ and with two different glazing options for the vents. The first option is with a small concealed glazing bead on the exterior side of the vent and a robust inner half-scale to allow for large dimensions and weights. The second option it with an internal glazing bead to allow for easy installation and glazing of the elements.
The MasterLine 8 platform with its 40 mm thermal break ensures an Uf value of 1,6 W/m²K for a frame-vent section of 119 mm on the ‘High Insulating’ insulation level. The addition of insulating gasket under the glass and the co-extruded central gasket ensures excellent performances under the severe circumstances.
The HI variant is composed of profiles with polyamide insulation bars, PEX insulation foams and EPDM weather gaskets.
The MasterLine 8 platform with its 40 mm thermal break ensures an Uf value as low as of 1,2 W/m²K for a frame-vent section of 119 mm on the ‘High Insulating+’ insulation level with triple glazing. The Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) central gasket in combination with a XPET insulation foam offers a window solution for passive housing on a frame depth of 77 mm.
The HI+ variant is composed of profiles with noryl insulation bars, PEX insulation foams, EPDM glazing gaskets and a TPE central gasket.
