PoliLam presents the PoliLam ACE Surfaces, a nanotechnology-enhanced range of high-pressure laminate (HPL) and compact panels designed for environments with constant human contact. A beloved choice for wall panelling, cabinetry, countertops, sinks, furniture, and so on.
ACE Surfaces come with an ultra-matt finish with a soft texture that resists fingerprints and reduces visible wear. The surfaces are engineered to remain clean over time, requiring minimal maintenance compared to conventional laminates.
The collection features 40+ designs, including timeless solid colors, woodgrains, and metallics. 15 colors are available with a solid-core option that delivers a consistent look throughout the panel, enabling seamless edges and more robust fabrication.
PoliLam's Electron Beam Curing (EBC) technology activates the ACE Surfaces at a molecular level. This allows minor scratches to self-heal through exposure to hand friction or gentle heat. ACE Surfaces also offers a range of performance-driven properties, including resistance to heat, impact, stains, and chemicals, alongside anti-bacterial and food-contact-safe certification.
