PoliLam offers fully customized HPL and compact across all its surface solutions. Designers are given the freedom to select the texture and performance add-ons for their own designs. This service is made accessible to smaller projects with a sample turnaround in 7-10 days.
Apart from ordinary HPL and compacts, it is very popular to use a custom design on Seamless HPL and Capri Performance Tops, which offer a range of non-black core color options that can be coordinated with the desired artwork.
PoliLam uses state-of-the-art machinery combined with intensive human input to fully reproduce the color of designs. That includes color separation, digital scan, and in-person Pantone-matching. The team is also capable of processing a given woodgrain, stone, or any type of pattern into scalable designs and altering their tones.
As PoliLam receives the desired dimensions and specs, the product development team will assemble the graphics into a seamless pattern. Then, the team will loop the procedure of color adjustment and separation until the result becomes flawless. Next, upon approval of physical samples, PoliLam proceeds to produce the surfaces with full QA and inspections.
