Text description provided by the architects. Located in the city of Pelotas, in a new planned neighborhood that grows around a park, Plex was the first building developed for Parque Una's Corporate Hub. Its location was chosen with the intention to form an entry point for this new area, together with another commercial building designed by the office, Flow Work. Together these buildings frame access to the park through a boulevard of shops, life and nature.
