Inserted in a corner lot and located in a condominium in the city of Criciúma / SC, the JD house was designed facing the interior, welcoming residents and giving more privacy as it is the first house on the lot. Its location on the ground favors the north orientation, making the rooms, bathrooms, and swimming pool receive the sun all day long at any time of the year and allowing natural ventilation throughout the residence.
