In this sense, the building moves itself within these rough parameters that appear when a lot is subjected to the edification code and the interests of the real estate market. The Jufre Housing Building achieves a breach in the investigation of urban living, merging in this case with the adjacent lot, property of a friend.

In that merge of two different lots, the building plays with the edification code, allowing the generation of a mutual space of unusual environmental quality between them. It represents the trust in the possibilities of discovering and proposing new opportunities of cohabitation between different architectures, in a moment in which cities are strongly tending towards densification.
