Text description provided by the architects. This fantastic loft is located at the cool neighborhood ”Södermalm” in Stockholm. The architect Beatriz Pons from Medvind had the challenge to transform a basement into a living space. She prioritized a clean design where every detail was thought through.

The concrete floor, plaster walls and the extensive use of stainless steel together creates the industrial feeling. Materials and colors were chosen to optimize the light and also roof windows were strategically positioned.

Clean kitchen from the Italian Arclinea with all appliances from the German Gaggenau. Unique bathroom with Italian marble and round bathtub from Copenhagen Bath in addition to mixers from CEA Design gives the final touch of exclusivity to the loft.
