Text description provided by the architects. Restaurant “Momo Grill” is located in an old building in the centre of Klaipeda. The idea of its interior was to create a modern, democratic and non-binding atmosphere. For this reason an opening to the kitchen was formed in the area through which, when the restaurant is open, you can see kitchen staff working. Wall tiles of the kitchen are as though continued on the walls of the restaurant hall. Together with industrial style chandeliers and wall lamps, scandinavian style chairs and shelves full of various accessories and home flowers they create a different image of a restaurant than usual. It’s minimal, yet decorative.
