Text description provided by the architects. Two squares lost in the intricate grid of Barracas, Unamuno and Magaldi, have a new face. Both are virtually hidden: the unorthodox grid of the perimeter makes them virtually invisible. This special situation of irregularity of the classic plot of Buenos Aires (a project by Fermín Bereterbide), creates an intimate atmosphere, as an interior courtyard.
