Text description provided by the architects. Located at the Third Ring Road in Beijing CBD area, opposite the iconic CCTV Headquarters, this new Grade A office tower is the last and final component of the prestigious Fortune Plaza project. It completes a development which already features offices, apartments, a 5 star hotel and retail.

Beijing second tallest building on completion in 2014, the 60-storey tall tower provides prestige office accommodation in this prime location and rises from the street to a height of 267 m.

Set in a large and extensively landscaped park which it is linked to the MTR via a retail arcade below ground, the tower contains 150,000sq.m of office space above its spacious entrance foyer.

The tower, in form, configuration and articulation acknowledges and echoes the design of the existing buildings with inclined façade planes and curved corners, yet it is scaled, articulated and refined to reflect its importance.  Clad in a full curtain wall, with articulated fins, all finished in silver colored aluminum and reflective glass in a doubleglazing units, a taut and elegant skin is provided to the carefully sculpture tower.
