Text description provided by the architects. Located in the area of Can Colomer, next to the road from Terrassa to Rellinars, this small housing project develops planning requirements. It is an L-shaped building with two substantially different bodies in length and depth that determine the typological options for each case. Thus, while the shallower volume with facades facing North and South is designed with units with 2 facades each, the perpendicular volume facing East and West has houses on each side with access and cross ventilation through a longitudinal corridor courtyard.

In the facades, the fragmented layout of terraces lightens the mass character of the project, while noting the individual condition of each home.

The north facade contains common galleries built with a partial enclosure that combines different filters, textures and colors, which determine the most public, distinctive image of the project.
